Cute beaded shrugs is a great way to add texture and interest
There are a lot of different looks and ideas you can bring to your photo-shoot. It does not always have to be lingerie, you can look and feel sexy wearing your everyday clothes. We just have to figure out a way to make these items translate on camera to show the most sexy parts of you.
If you’re a comfy, casual kinda girl than it might not make sense for you to be dolled up head to toe with glamour makeup, hair, clothes and posing. My job or any other photographer you work with is to bring out your true authentic self. Here are some tips on how to find a boudoir style that best fits your everyday style!
Open jackets is a great way to show some skin while still keeping with your personal style
What celebrity do you admire? Look up photo shoots of them on Pinterest and see what they’re wearing. Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Alba, Halle Berry whats great is we get to see these celebs rock a simple, yet sexy, items of clothing in a photo shoot. They let the hair, makeup, and poses make the look.
What types of clothing make you feel your best? If you love tank tops, jean jackets and tongs you should bring those things. Whatever you feel the best in that’s what we should be shooting you in!
Graphic and Band tees pair well with sexy lingerie
And in an artistic sense, what types of images are you drawn to? Are they light, airy, and romantic? Or do you like black and white and something more dramatic? Think of textures and pieces that will pair well with that look. I am a HUGE fan of texture. It photographs beautifully and give the images a little something extra. Think textured sweaters, Beading, lace and sheer.
Think about what part of your body would you like to show off the most? Is it your legs? Your back? Your arms? Your shoulders? Your stomach? Think of different clothing items you can show off those parts with. Is it jean shorts? A crop top? A v-neck shirt? Anything can work!
